At Asawer Al Madinah Store, your satisfaction is our priority. Below is our Returns & Exchanges Policy, provided transparently and in accordance with the regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1) Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Perfumes after opening or use: Not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances (for hygiene and product safety reasons).
- Unopened perfumes: You may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the item is unopened, in its original condition, and includes all packaging, seals, labels, and tags.
- Damaged or defective items upon delivery: Eligible for exchange for the same product only (subject to stock availability), provided a clear video showing the defect from multiple angles is submitted within a maximum of 7 days from the order delivery date.
- Opened items in good condition: Cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
2) Return Fees & Conditions
- If the item is damaged or arrives with a verified defect, the store covers all return/exchange shipping fees.
- For eligible unopened returns, a return fee of 25 will be deducted.
- The item must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, seals, and labels intact.
3) Order Cancellation After Shipping
- If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, the refund will be processed after the items are returned to the warehouse, within 7 to 14 business days.
- A shipping/return fee of 25 will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
4) How to Request a Return/Exchange (Damaged or Non-Conforming Items)

5) Processing Time for Returns/Exchanges
The process will be completed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned item is received and its condition is verified.
6) Important Notes
- Exchanges are limited to the same damaged/defective product only and cannot be exchanged for a different item.
- If you wish to purchase another product, you may do so by placing a new order.
